Tomarrow is another day!

Tonight we went to Michelle and Cody's for Fast Sunday Dinner. Chad and Tammy also came. It was a nice night, we played cards, watched a movie and just generally enjoyed each others company. At the end of the night Cody & Chad gave Kent and I a blessing. Kent stood in while they gave me a blessing of comfort. It was a special moment. I feel very blessed to have the priesthood in my life. And blessed to have the worthy men who hold it, support me.

Tomorrow we will head up to Huntsman again. This last week has been nice with no chemo. But it is time to get back to business again. Tomorrow they will be putting a Porta-cath into Kent. It is a line directly into one of the chambers of his heart. It will make it so much easier on him to have chemo, blood draws and any other thing they normally have to poke him for. I am a bit nervous because he must be put out to do it. Bless his heart. But I know that it will make this process a lot easier for him..

This weekend we were blessed to see Chad sister Amanda married. She was a beautiful bride. And it is always a blessing to see Chad parents, Clint and Linda. Chad is lucky to have such a sweet supportive family. We have really enjoyed our relationship with them as well. We have a great support system around us on all sides.

My dad is getting his portacath put in today as well! You will probably be passing each other in the halls! Today is the big day all around for my parents. They are moving into a studio apartment near the Huntsman Center and will be living there for the next 3-4 weeks as he goes through his chemo and transplant procedures. My mom gave him the big "BUZZ" haircut yesterday. He actually looks good with no hair!
We are so grateful to have him up at Huntsman and know that he will be receiving the best treatment possible. I will keep you posted on how he is doing. Stay strong - you are an amazing lady! We love you,
