Update #2 April 24th

This evening Kent has started to have a few problems with swallowing again. It seems like he may have aspirated some of the food that he has been eating. He has spent some time coughing and hacking and trying to get that food out, to the point that he has almost gone purple a few times. It is a bit scary, and now the nurses must be right there when he even takes a sip of anything. And he can only have things with consistency. One of the times they came to check on him his temp he has spiked a small temp. and with that his blood pressure has gone up. So they are beginning treatment on that. They decided to take some blood cultures to see if anything grows. We are hoping that things will come back safe and that he can continue his recovery. And they have decided to stop feeding him tonight.
